Sr. Enterprise Systems Engineer – Oracle Fusion ERP & Cloud Integration

Join our dynamic team as a Sr. Enterprise Systems Engineer, where you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex technical solutions within Oracle Fusion ERP and Cloud environments. This high-impact position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your deep technical expertise to deliver sophisticated integrations and innovations, supporting enterprise-wide systems and processes. Required Skills:

  • Proven 6+ years of experience designing and building complex custom RICEW solutions within Oracle Fusion framework (e.g., BI Publisher, Groovy scripting, VBCS, PaaS extensions, AI Agent Studio)
  • Expert-level proficiency (6+ years) with Oracle Integration Cloud, including orchestration (OPA) and adapter capabilities
  • Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion ERP/GTM system integrations and architecture
  • Deep understanding of modern architecture (SOA, microservices, API management) and security protocols (OAuth, API Gateway)
  • Strong PLSQL development skills
  • Excellent communication skills across various technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with enterprise ERP/SCM/GTM modules
  • Knowledge of Oracle Autonomous AI Database (ATP)
  • Experience transitioning organizations to Oracle Cloud Ecosystem
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as FlexDeploy or custom VBCS development
  • Relevant certifications in Oracle Fusion, OIC/OPA, and Database technologies

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 8+ years of extensive RICEW and integration experience within Oracle Fusion ERP environments

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work remotely with a requirement of 1 day/week in the Austin, TX central office
  • Willingness to undergo a two-round interview process including technical assessment and leadership discussion
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality technical solutions under tight deadlines
