Required Skills:
- Strong expertise in SQL with proven application development experience
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Microsoft Power Platform
- Solid understanding of data modeling, data storage, and backend/frontend integration
- Excellent problem-solving ability and strategic thinking
- Effective communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Azure data services such as SQL Database, Synapse, and ADF
- Proficiency with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Prior work with large-scale, long-term projects (6 months to 1 year)
- Familiarity with AI tools and their integration into development workflows
- Knowledge of corporate data systems within organizations like Microsoft, The Home Depot, or AT&T
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, business, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in data, analytics, or IT environments
- Experience developing with Microsoft Power Platform and Azure suite highly desirable
Other Requirements:
- Onsite presence required, with a hybrid work model (2 days in-office weekly)
- Willingness to engage in assessment and interview processes including on-site interviews
- Ability to manage and execute complex projects with a focus on long-term success
