Role Overview:
Qualifications:
Relevant education or equivalent practical experience, with several years of professional experience in a technology-related role. Demonstrated experience working in an IT or technical environment. Willingness to pursue relevant professional development or certifications is a plus. Familiarity with business, financial, or related products is beneficial. General problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and communication skills are required. Experience working with technical systems, applications, or programming concepts preferred. Ability to manage time effectively and work accurately while handling sensitive information. Interest in learning new technologies and adapting to change. Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical partners as part of cross-functional teams. Occasional travel and after-hours support may be required.

Responsibilities:
Supports software development and technical solutions with guidance from more experienced team members. Participates in analysis, development, testing, documentation, and maintenance activities throughout the solution lifecycle. Assists with gathering requirements, contributing to technical design, and ensuring quality deliverables. Works across components of a solution as needed and contributes to team-based development efforts.
