Qualifications

Associate’s degree required, Bachelor’s degree preferred (computer science, technology, engineering, math, or related field), or equivalent professional experience

4–6 years of relevant work experience in an IT or technical role

Demonstrated experience working as an IT professional
-
Ability or willingness to obtain relevant IT certifications is a plus
-
General familiarity with financial services or regulated environments preferred
-
Foundational skills in planning, organization, problem-solving, analysis, decision-making, and communication
-
Experience with database applications and exposure to mainframe, distributed, and/or web-based technologies
-
Emerging leadership capabilities preferred

Strong time management skills and attention to detail

Ability to maintain accuracy, discretion, and confidentiality

Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies and continuously grow

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and non-technical partners

Flexibility to support occasional travel, including overnight stays, and participate in on-call support as needed

Responsibilities

Contribute to software development and technical solutions with guidance

Participate in requirements gathering, analysis, and solution development

Write clean, accurate code and assist with automated testing, debugging, documentation, and quality reviews

Support implementation, maintenance, and ongoing enhancements of applications or systems
-
Assist with work across multiple layers of a technical solution when needed

Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to feature development
