Role Overview:
Qualifications
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 4–6 years of professional experience in an IT or technology-related role.
- Demonstrated experience working as an IT professional.
- Ability to obtain relevant technical certifications is a plus.
- Strong planning, organizational, analytical, problem?solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with database applications and familiarity with mainframe, distributed, and/or web programming languages.
- Basic leadership skills and strong time management abilities preferred.
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously develop skills.
- Ability to collaborate across teams, including both technical and non-technical partners.
- Some travel may be required, including overnight stays.
- May be required to provide on?call support.
Responsibilities
- Work with guidance on software development tasks and solution delivery.
- Assist with analysis, requirement gathering, coding, automated testing, debugging, documentation, quality review, implementation, and maintenance.
- Contribute to technical design discussions and development of features.
- Support work across multiple layers of a technology solution as needed.
- Provide on?call support during business hours as well as evenings or weekends when required.
