Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / DevOps

Summary:
We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to support our client’s growing infrastructure and platform operations. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the scalability, stability, and performance of production systems. You will work closely with product, platform, and backend engineering teams to build infrastructure that is secure, automated, observable, and resilient.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain scalable infrastructure using automation tools and Infrastructure-as-Code
  • Design and implement observability solutions to improve monitoring, alerting, and visibility into platform health
  • Partner with engineering teams to identify reliability issues, reduce incident frequency, and optimize performance
  • Manage CI/CD pipelines and improve deployment workflows for efficiency and consistency
  • Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, and postmortem processes
  • Drive operational excellence through proactive problem-solving and capacity planning

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering roles
  • Deep knowledge of cloud services (AWS preferred), container orchestration (Kubernetes), and Linux systems
  • Strong skills in scripting or programming (Python, Go, or Bash)
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or similar
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and configuration management (e.g., Terraform, Ansible)
  • Experience supporting high-scale or live production environments is highly desirable
