Job Title: Senior Product Manager – Wireless RAN
Location: Littleton, CO (100% onsite)
Pay Range: $85 – $92/hour

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Product Manager to join our Wireless RAN department. This role involves technical leadership, product management, and collaboration with various teams to enhance our network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external customers to develop innovative product features.
- Own the product vision and create a dynamic feature roadmap.
- Act as the user proxy, communicating customer context and needs.
- Decompose product features into workable user stories.
- Prioritize and groom product backlogs for cross-functional teams.
- Coordinate cross-team delivery, managing dependencies and defining best practices.
- Provide technical leadership for new strategies and processes.
- Evangelize completed work, product backlog, and Scrum team metrics.
- Drive productivity using the latest technologies.
- Forge technical relationships with end-to-end ecosystem partners.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 15+ years in Project Management, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Application Management, and Product Management.
- Agile Knowledge: Experience with Agile processes.
- Communication: Ability to work well with both technical and business-functional people.
- Learning: Strong desire to learn and contribute to team knowledge.
Working Conditions:
- Attire: Business casual.
- Onsite: Full time, M-F
- Hours: 40 hours/week, typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
