Job Title: Senior Product Manager – Wireless RAN

Location: Littleton, CO (100% onsite)

Pay Range: $85 – $92/hour

Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Product Manager to join our Wireless RAN department. This role involves technical leadership, product management, and collaboration with various teams to enhance our network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to develop innovative product features.
  • Own the product vision and create a dynamic feature roadmap.
  • Act as the user proxy, communicating customer context and needs.
  • Decompose product features into workable user stories.
  • Prioritize and groom product backlogs for cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate cross-team delivery, managing dependencies and defining best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership for new strategies and processes.
  • Evangelize completed work, product backlog, and Scrum team metrics.
  • Drive productivity using the latest technologies.
  • Forge technical relationships with end-to-end ecosystem partners.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 15+ years in Project Management, Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Application Management, and Product Management.
  • Agile Knowledge: Experience with Agile processes.
  • Communication: Ability to work well with both technical and business-functional people.
  • Learning: Strong desire to learn and contribute to team knowledge.

Working Conditions:

  • Attire: Business casual.
  • Onsite: Full time, M-F
  • Hours: 40 hours/week, typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
