Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts and financial statements 

  • Review financial documents and transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance 

  • Perform financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions 

  • Prepare and review annual and quarterly budgets, forecasts, and financial reports 

  • Develop and implement economic policies and procedures within the company 

  • Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring accurate booking of TDS/GST in the Oracle system 

  • Provide timely financial information to support business planning and decisions 

  • Contribute to the financial health and long-term stability of the organization 

Education and Experience 

  • Experience preparing and presenting financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports 

  • Knowledge of regulatory reporting and SEC-related financial disclosures 

  • Ability to analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement 

  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, including tax laws, accounting standards, and reporting requirements (with emphasis on India regulations) 

Skills and Qualifications 

  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities 

  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information 

  • Manage treasury payment operations, including both domestic and foreign transactions 

  • Collaborate and consult with cross-functional stakeholders across the enterprise
