Senior Delivery Manager
Pay Rate: $70/hour

- Proven experience supporting multiple delivery teams simultaneously
- Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Lean methodologies
- Skilled in dependency, risk, milestone, and delivery management using Jira and Microsoft Teams
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and influence skills
- Ability to adapt delivery practices to various team environments and constraints
Top 5 Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience in financial services, actuarial modeling, or valuation
- Support for PI Planning and scaled Agile environments
- Knowledge of portfolio-level planning and cross-team dependency management
- Familiarity with Lean and DevOps principles
- Leadership experience in driving cultural and process changes
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, with 6+ years of relevant experience supporting Agile teams in a software environment
- 6+ years of managing software/application development projects
- Experience working within financial and insurance sectors (preferred)
Other Requirements:
- Onsite/hybrid work (minimum of 3 days per week)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple concurrent projects under tight deadlines
- Must be comfortable interfacing with senior leadership and technical teams
