Security Operations Specialist II

Required Skills:

  • 3-5+ years experience in customer service, operations, financial services, or business processing
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Effective organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently with sound judgment

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Finance degree or relevant certification
  • Call center experience
  • Knowledge of Trust Operations
  • Experience with customer relationship management systems
  • Familiarity with compliance and risk management procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proven success in high-volume operational roles
  • Previous experience with securities or cash-related transactions preferred

  • On-site initial training with potential for hybrid work
  • Ability to review and process complex transactions
  • Willingness to adhere to organizational ethics and conduct standards
  • This role is a one-year contract with potential for extension; opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance and business needs
