Nice to Have Skills:
- Finance degree or relevant certification
- Call center experience
- Knowledge of Trust Operations
- Experience with customer relationship management systems

Preferred Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven success in high-volume operational roles
- Previous experience with securities or cash-related transactions preferred
