What You Will Be Doing

Serve as the Product Manager for Salesforce Sales Cloud, owning product strategy, feature delivery, and roadmap development

Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, QA, and business teams to define product requirements and ensure alignment with business goals

Lead initiatives to enhance platform performance, user experience, and adoption across sales-related functions

Translate customer and business needs into clear, actionable user stories and technical requirements

Monitor and improve KPIs related to product success, user engagement, and feature adoption

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and documentation efforts

Facilitate prioritization discussions, set success metrics, and drive continuous improvement

Partner with stakeholders across marketing, operations, finance, and legal to ensure seamless delivery and compliance
Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager

3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM, specifically Sales Cloud

Proven ability to write user stories, technical and business requirement documentation

Familiarity with Salesforce best practices and basic configuration

Experience leading Agile product development and working closely with cross-functional teams

Ability to facilitate User Acceptance Testing and train end users

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments

Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus

Experience with Sales Engagement, Campaigns, Marketing Cloud, Territory Planning, or CRM Analytics is preferred

Understanding of APIs, data migrations, and integrations (especially Salesforce + Snowflake) is a bonus
