Position Overview
The CRM Product team is seeking a talented Product Manager to support and drive sales strategies across our Salesforce platform. This individual will own and deliver product roadmaps, support strategic initiatives, monitor platform performance, and promote continuous improvement. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with key stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment with growth and profitability goals. This role reports to the Sr. Director of CRM.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Serve as the product manager for Salesforce Sales Cloud, managing feature deliverables and trade-offs.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, owning the feature roadmap and working with customers, partners, and engineering management to clarify product features and prioritize the roadmap based on CX, compliance, accessibility, etc.
  • Set priorities, define success metrics, and implement actions to meet specific goals.
  • Mitigate launch risks and escalate issues as needed, addressing complex product management and business scenarios.
  • Lead feature discussions with stakeholders, including developers, marketing, operations, legal, and finance, producing clear and concise documentation (e.g., user stories, requirements docs, and program reviews).
  • Ensure transparent communication to keep working groups and stakeholders informed.
  • Optimize feature roadmap intake, focusing on end-user experience, monitoring and tracking KPIs, and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Build trust and rapport with end users and internal supervisors by understanding key players in the space.

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of experience as a Product Manager.
  • Minimum three years of experience with Salesforce CRM, specifically Sales Cloud.
  • Understanding of Salesforce platform basics, with ability to perform basic configurations.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing processes to facilitate user adoption.
  • Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical documentation for engineering.
  • Strong capability in developing automation solutions and writing requirements for org-to-org migration and integrations.
  • Proficiency in building Salesforce reports and dashboards, testing features, and facilitating User Acceptance Testing.
  • Skilled in supporting and training end users with strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Experience developing products in an Agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator certification.
  • Salesforce experience in Sales Engagement, Case Management, Campaigns, Marketing Cloud/Account Engagement, Territory Planning, and CRM Analytics.
  • Ability to write queries for data evaluation.
  • Understanding of API development, data migrations, and cloud services.
  • Experience with integration between Salesforce and Snowflake.
