Talent Acquisition Partner

We’re seeking an experienced recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring efforts and deliver top talent across a variety of roles. This position will partner closely with business leaders to design and execute effective sourcing, selection, and onboarding strategies that align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned departments, from job posting to offer acceptance

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates

  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide consultative support

  • Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with hiring policies, and protect confidential information

  • Support employment branding and candidate experience initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate environment

  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 5%)
