Talent Acquisition Partner
We’re seeking an experienced recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring efforts and deliver top talent across a variety of roles. This position will partner closely with business leaders to design and execute effective sourcing, selection, and onboarding strategies that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned departments, from job posting to offer acceptance

Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates

Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand talent needs and provide consultative support

Maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with hiring policies, and protect confidential information

Support employment branding and candidate experience initiatives
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate environment

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 5%)
