Overview
We are seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring across professional and sales-related roles within a large, enterprise organization. This individual will partner closely with hiring leaders, manage recruiting processes end-to-end, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer.

Partner with hiring leaders to understand role needs and priorities.

Source, screen, and assess candidates using structured interview practices.

Build and maintain active and passive talent pipelines.

Deliver a consistent, high-quality candidate experience.

Utilize applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms.
Qualifications

4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (corporate preferred).

Experience recruiting across multiple functions and job types.

Strong stakeholder communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain confidentiality.

Experience using ATS and sourcing tools.
