Recruiting Operations Specialist

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in talent acquisition or recruitment coordination
  • Proficiency with HR systems and tools, preferably Workday
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, data accuracy, and proactive problem-solving abilities

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience supporting talent acquisition initiatives and HR projects
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships across various organizational levels
  • Knowledge of organizational HR processes
  • Familiarity with HR metrics and analytics

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years in a fast-paced recruitment or HR support role

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work onsite four days a week in Davidson, NC, with flexibility for remote work on Fridays
  • Strong organizational skills and customer service orientation
  • Willingness to support organizational diversity and inclusion initiatives
