Position Overview
This role is responsible for full lifecycle recruitment to fill assigned positions. The position encompasses developing and maintaining multiple sourcing networks to build a candidate pool, designing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies, collaborating with hiring managers and candidates, utilizing an applicant tracking system to manage the recruitment process, and negotiating employment offers.
What You Will Be Doing
- Collaborating with management and supervisors to identify personnel needs, job specifications, and qualifications
- Developing and implementing specific plans or initiatives to meet staffing needs
- Actively partnering with hiring managers to track candidate progress through the interview process
- Coordinating with advertising partners to develop effective recruitment strategies, including creating and approving job advertisements
- Representing the organization at schools, job fairs, and public presentations to promote career opportunities
- Maintaining employment records for future reference and compliance
Basic Qualifications
- 1-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume roles within a call center, agency, or staffing background
- Excellent candidate assessment skills, both via telephone and in-person
- Ability to work across a variety of job types and manage diverse recruiting needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
