What You Will Be Doing:
This role focuses on supporting the technology onboarding process for multiple institutions transitioning to LPL with W2 employees. The individual will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth integration of systems and processes. Key responsibilities include tracking work progress and ensuring appropriate codes are open, managing timekeeping tools, and ensuring tracking in Jira and Aha is consistently up-to-date. The role also involves documenting various complexities and ensuring all information is correctly stored, as well as assisting in keeping the team on track with their tasks and documentation.
This position will function as a “Turbo Analyst” offering hands-on support to the team. While Agile experience is not critical for this role, strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
Qualifications:
- Strong Project Management experience, including proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Experience with M&A transformation is a plus
- Background in the finance industry is preferred
- Very strong documentation and communication
