Programmer Analyst Specialist – CONTRACT

Length of Assignment: 1 year
Schedule: Hybrid (1 week onsite, 1 week remote) | Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

What They Will Be Doing:

As a Programmer Analyst Specialist, you will play a key role in application development and support initiatives, focusing on delivering solutions that meet business needs while following industry best practices. You will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to design, develop, and support robust, scalable applications using modern technologies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining applications using .NET Standard / .NET Core frameworks (ASP.NET Core 6.0 / MVC / C# / Entity Framework with async operations).
  • Designing and implementing web services and APIs, ensuring seamless integration between interfacing applications while following best practices.
  • Contributing to application architecture and database design, aligning technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Collaborating across multi-disciplinary teams to gather requirements, recommend solutions, and deliver high-quality work.
  • Supporting existing applications with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Ensuring adherence to established IT standards and procedures.

Qualifications:

Required Technical Skills:

  • Hands-on expertise with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core 6.0 / MVC / C# / Entity Framework (Async Operations).
  • Strong knowledge of Web Services and APIs development and best practices.
  • Solid understanding of application and database design principles.

Preferred Experience:

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
  • Experience leading or contributing to complex projects within enterprise IT environments.
