Become a Driving Force in Fintech Innovation as a Product Owner – Money Movement System (Hybrid, Fort Mill, SC)

Are you a seasoned Product Owner with a passion for payments and financial workflows? Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in payment systems, fintech, banking, or payment processing
  • Deep understanding of ACH, wires, checks, and internal transfer workflows
  • Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
  • Proficiency working with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure
  • Knowledge of supervisory controls and data standards in payment systems
  • Familiarity with financial compliance, risk management, or audit processes
  • Previous experience supporting multi-stakeholder projects
  • Understanding of data formats, payment speed, and operational nuances of different payment methods

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5 to 20+ years working in fintech or payment environments, with recent hands-on project management experience
  • Prior experience managing product backlogs and lifecycle in a fast-moving environment

Other Requirements:

  • Hybrid work schedule (3 days/week in-office in Fort Mill, SC)
  • Ability to support and communicate effectively within an Agile Release Train
  • Experience working in AWS cloud environments is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholder requirements
