Role Qualifications

  • Several years of experience in business, technology, or product management

  • Extensive background working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders

  • Hands-on experience with at least one major HR or enterprise management system

  • Familiarity with financial systems or enterprise planning tools is beneficial

  • Ability to comply with organizational ethical, conduct, and personal accountability standards


Role Responsibilities

  • Act as the business liaison and product owner for key integration workstreams involving HR, payroll, and financial systems

  • Translate high-level business needs into clear functional requirements that downstream teams can execute

  • Clarify desired outcomes within financial structures that may impact HR, payroll, or workforce-related data

  • Facilitate cross-team decision-making and ensure alignment on scope, design, testing, and deployment activities

  • Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple internal product groups

  • Maintain clear communication channels, documentation, and traceability for all requested business or system changes

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for validating, documenting, and prioritizing business-driven requirements
