Overview:
Join our client’s dynamic team as a Product Manager/ Analyst, where you will play a crucial role in troubleshooting technical issues across Account Lifecycle Management. You will collaborate with various teams to investigate, resolve client-impacting problems, analyze recurring issues, and recommend scalable solutions. Your expertise will support product owners in backlog management, align issue resolution with client needs and overall product strategy, and ensure successful testing and deployment of enhancements.

Required Skills:

  • Proven experience in troubleshooting technical issues and providing innovative solutions
  • Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of problems and recommend scalable solutions
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset

  • Experience in product management for digital financial products
  • Knowledge of user experience design and processes
