Company:
We are a global leader in connected TV and cross-screen advertising, empowering brands to connect meaningfully with audiences through data-driven insights and scalable technology solutions. Our platforms enable real-time measurement, attribution, and audience extension across the largest screen in the home.
We are seeking a hands-on PMO Specialist / Portfolio Manager to join our client’s growing technology organization and help scale our project management operations. This role will sit within the Project Management Office (PMO) and partner closely with engineering, product, and leadership teams to drive prioritization, visibility, and delivery across a rapidly expanding portfolio of initiatives.
Role Overview
The PMO Specialist / Portfolio Manager will own the project intake, prioritization, and reporting framework across the organization. This includes building scoring models to evaluate 100+ project requests per quarter, ensuring only the highest-value projects move forward. The role will also be responsible for Jira/PPM ownership — configuring workflows, automating processes, and developing dashboards that give executives portfolio-level visibility into ROI, delivery timelines, and resource utilization.
This is not just a Jira operator role. We are looking for someone who can combine technical expertise in Jira with strong PMO and portfolio management capabilities to influence decision-making at the highest level.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Intake & Prioritization
- Build and refine intake forms and scoring models to evaluate 100+ project requests quarterly.
- Create structured prioritization frameworks to align projects with strategic goals.
- Jira & PPM Administration
- Own Jira configuration, workflow automation, and reporting dashboards.
- Ensure long-term tool governance, scalability, and adoption across teams.
- Portfolio & Executive Reporting
- Deliver portfolio-level insights on ROI, capacity, delivery status, and risk areas.
- Provide clear reporting to executives on project progress, delays, and outcomes.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with 10–15 technical subgroups (engineering, QA, data, AWS, etc.) and non-technical teams (finance, operations, product).
- Act as a connector to ensure alignment, visibility, and delivery of priority projects.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong Jira expertise (workflow configuration, automation, reporting dashboards, portfolio-level views).
- Experience in PMO or portfolio management, including project intake, prioritization, and cross-functional alignment.
- Proven ability to build and implement scoring models, intake processes, and portfolio-level reporting frameworks.
- Comfortable working with executives and translating project data into business impact.
- Balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across technical and business teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in technology or SaaS organizations.
- Experience working in a mid-size, fast-growing environment (100–200 employees).
- Ability to thrive in a high-velocity, high-visibility role with multiple stakeholders.
Role Details
- Individual contributor role — ideal for someone who wants to be hands-on and own impactful work long term.
Compensation
$60-$70/hr
