What You Will Be Doing:
The role involves managing financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics for Retail Wireless operations. This includes consolidating forecasts for executive review, acting as a liaison with Corporate FP&A, and supporting G&A expense planning. The role requires analyzing financial data to provide insights and recommendations, maintaining strong partnerships across teams, and contributing to cost-saving initiatives. Key responsibilities also include ensuring data accuracy, producing well-structured reports, and leveraging creative problem-solving to develop innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or MS-Finance is a plus)
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite (Sheets and Slides)
- Familiarity with financial reporting systems (e.g., Oracle, Hyperion, OneStream) is a plus
- Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create clear, concise presentations
- Knowledge of business financial and accounting concepts (e.g., accruals, reversals, GAAP principles)
- Results-driven with strong attention to detail and big-picture thinking
- Intellectual curiosity, problem-solving skills, and strong analytical abilities
- Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
