What You Will Be Doing:
The primary responsibility of this person will be to provide assistance the payroll tax team in their efforts to accurately compute, prepare, and file payroll tax forms and documentation in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a Payroll Tax Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with payroll software and systems.
• Maintain access to State Websites for State Income Tax and Unemployment Tax.
• Retrieve and scan the Payroll Tax mail and review the team email inbox and upload notifications to ADP SmartCompliance.
