Company Overview
Our client is looking to add an Operational Finance Analyst to their team. This is a hybrid position located in Charlotte, NC.

Essential Job Functions

• Support Director and Manager of Operational Finance by providing in-depth financial and operational analysis in all aspect of FMO 
• Analyze and manage large volumes of financial and operational data 
• Lead FMO monthly close process
• Contribute to quarterly forecasting and annual planning processes for FMO maintenance activities

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2-4 years of progressive experience in operational analysis
• ERP systems experience such as Oracle and SAP
