Scope of Work
We are seeking an experienced OpenText Functional Testing RPA Specialist to support a 2026 IT portfolio initiative. The specialist will independently gather feature specifications, develop and test automation solutions, deploy and maintain RPA processes, and create comprehensive documentation and training materials.
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing automation between various technology platforms using UFT (Unified Functional Testing).
Technical Requirements
- Senior-level understanding of UFT, Windows, and enterprise IT platforms.
- Proven ability to automate Windows applications, web applications, ServiceNow, SAP, APIs, and other UFT-supported platforms.
- Proficiency with supporting scripting and automation tools, including DOS Batch, PowerShell, VBScript, and related technologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, ALM, and Agile methodologies.
Work Expectations
- Contractors must have reliable internet and work exclusively within the United States.
- The contractor will collaborate with IT and RPA teams to gain Citrix or VPN access to the client network for orientation and onboarding.
- Contractors are expected to provide their own computer, phone, and network connectivity to perform work.
- Must be available for meetings generally scheduled between 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. PST.
- If a replacement resource is required, the vendor must submit resumes and hourly rates for qualified candidates at least one month prior to the current resource’s end date. Only client-approved replacements may be assigned.
- Contractors will participate in a train-the-trainer model, providing training and documentation that outlines all relevant processes and procedures for the support engagement.
