Key Responsibilities:
- Review and track incoming life insurance application documents
- Update case status in internal systems (Admin Launcher, eWorksheet, BPM, SharePoint)
- Communicate via email with financial professionals to gather outstanding requirements
- Maintain accuracy and organization in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Prioritize tasks and manage interruptions while meeting turnaround times
- Collaborate with team members in a hybrid work environment (3-4 days/week in Des Moines office)
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently
- Comfortable using computer systems and adapting to new technologies (training provided)
- Professionalism and tact when working with diverse stakeholders
- Organizational and multitasking abilities under pressure
- No prior experience required, though a background in life insurance is a plus
