Qualifications: Associate’s or bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working in information technology or a related field preferred. Familiarity with business operations, financial services, or similar industries is beneficial. Strong planning, organizational, problem-solving, analytical, decision-making, and communication skills required. Working knowledge of database applications and software development technologies preferred. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Occasional travel and after-hours support may be required.
Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement technology solutions to support business objectives. Analyze requirements and evaluate technical approaches to deliver effective outcomes. Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to technical decision-making. Apply appropriate security practices and communicate technical considerations to team members and stakeholders. Collaborate with colleagues across functional areas to support project and operational goals.
