Who we are:
Our client is a financial services corporation offering a various suite of products. 

Qualifications:

  • Experience implementing Agile methodologies across diverse teams, organizational cultures, and project environments of varying size and complexity.
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and Scrumban.
  • Experience coaching new and established teams on Agile best practices to improve team effectiveness, achieve delivery goals, and support Agile maturity.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, AgileCraft, VersionOne, Azure DevOps/TFS, or similar platforms.
  • 4-6+ years of experience serving as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or similar Agile delivery leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile principles, Scrum roles, ceremonies, and team facilitation techniques.
  • Agile certifications preferred, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified Scrum Coach (CSC), PMI-ACP, ICAgile certifications, or equivalent.
  • Experience working closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional delivery teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams in the successful delivery of strategic initiatives, ensuring outcomes are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Partner with product and engineering stakeholders to align priorities, facilitate planning, and support effective decision-making.
  • Promote continuous improvement in delivery processes, team performance, and operational effectiveness.
  • Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and impediments throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Champion Agile values and principles while fostering a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous learning.
  • Monitor and communicate delivery progress, metrics, and key outcomes to support informed decision-making.
  • Support teams in adopting and refining Agile practices to improve predictability, quality, and customer value delivery.
