About the Role:
Join a client-facing team that helps customers with trading, account services, and financial education. You’ll guide clients through our platform, address a variety of concerns, and identify additional financial needs. This role requires strong market knowledge and the ability to explain trading strategies and market trends clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with trades and account issues
- Educate clients on financial topics and tools
- Provide website navigation support
- Identify and address client needs
- Solve problems efficiently and effectively
Requirements:
- 2+ years in client services, financial services, or a call center (work, military, or education)
- SIE, 7, and 63
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and using search tools
