What You Will Be Doing:
As an IT Support Technician, you’ll provide on-site technical support at manufacturing facilities, managing day-to-day hardware and software needs including computers, printers, scanners, switches, and access points while using ServiceNow for ticket management.
Qualifications:
1) Bachelor’s degree in IT field
2) 3+ years of experience
3) Extensive experience with printers, laptops, scanners, switches, access points, etc.
