Required Skills:
- Data Analytics Focused environment background
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and principles
- Proven experience managing multiple Agile teams and projects
- Jira proficiency, including backlog management and querying
- Ability to remove impediments and escalate issues effectively
Nice to Have Skills:
- Program/Operations-oriented mindset
- Data Analytics background with knowledge of AWS tech stack
- Experience with SAFe Agile methodologies
- Product management or product owner background in data-focused environments
- High-level JIRA admin skills in project tools and dashboards
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or business field
- 5+ years of Agile/Scrum Master or project development experience, particularly in financial services or wealth management
- Experience facilitating multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
Other Requirements:
- Flexible work schedule with a hybrid office model (ideally 2–3 days onsite)
- Willingness to support ongoing process improvements and potentially work on future roles
- Certifications such as Scrum Master certifications are a plus, not mandatory
