Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Several years of related professional experience.

  • Familiarity with general business processes, systems, and industry practices.

  • Comfortable working with technology and analytical tools.

  • Experience applying business analysis and project-related methodologies.

  • Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Capable of problem-solving, critical thinking, and seeing the bigger picture.

  • Able to collaborate with various teams and individuals across different levels.

  • Adaptable to change and able to help others navigate through it.

  • Comfortable operating in a cross-functional or matrixed environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to or lead initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholders.

  • Gather, evaluate, and communicate business and technical requirements for projects of varying scope.

  • Work independently and collaborate with others to support organizational goals.

  • Engage with data-related processes, tools, or platforms as needed.

  • Understand how different components—such as systems, data, or interfaces—interconnect to support business activities.

  • May participate in or guide work involving user experience or business process improvements.
