Required Skills:
Minimum of 8+ years of IT audit experience within large organizations or major accounting firms
Strong knowledge of Internal Auditing Standards, PCAOB Standards, SOX, COSO, and frameworks like COBIT, NIST, and ITIL
CISA certification required; CISSP, CRISC, or similar security certifications beneficial
Technical expertise in IT general controls, cybersecurity, infrastructure, network, and application layers
Proven ability to develop audit plans and deliver high-quality reports with actionable recommendations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead projects, and foster stakeholder relationships
Nice to Have Skills:
Experience with SAP and software development lifecycle audits
Data analytics proficiency for enhanced audit insights
Background in consumer-focused businesses or delivering integrated audits
In-house or Big 4 professional experience with large, complex enterprises
Preferred Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) required
8+ years of progressive IT audit experience, ideally within Fortune 500 environments or large multinational corporations
Other Requirements:
Availability for travel 15-20%, including trips to New York, Chicago, Atlanta, Toronto, and occasional visits to London
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, global setting
A proactive mindset with the confidence to lead and influence across organizational levels
