Role Overview:
Qualifications:
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a technical field preferred. Several years of professional experience in an IT or technical role required. Strong planning, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential. Experience working with databases and familiarity with various programming environments preferred. Basic leadership and time management skills are beneficial. Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality. Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies and continuously grow technical expertise. Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams and supporting both technical and non-technical stakeholders. On-call support may be required. Compliance with company policies and professional standards is expected.
Responsibilities:
Independently perform analysis, design, development, coding, testing, debugging, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of technical solutions. Make informed design decisions and evaluate trade-offs within assigned work. Contribute across multiple systems or components and participate in the technical design of new features. Continue building deeper expertise in specialized technical areas.
