Overview: Join a premier financial services organization as a Recovery Engineer / Analyst on a contract-to-hire basis. You’ll help resolve high-severity production incidents and improve operational resilience, partnering with senior engineers across application, infrastructure, and cloud teams.
Required Skills:
- Experience in production support, NOC, SRE, DevOps, or application support.
- Ability to analyze logs, metrics, and alerts to diagnose incidents.
- Strong problem-solving skills and composure under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
Nice to Have Skills:
- Observability tools (APM, logging, dashboards).
- Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
- Runbook/SOP creation and root cause analysis (RCA).
Preferred Education and Experience:
Hands-on production support or SRE experience with exposure to cloud environments and observability tools.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to collaborate across teams and time zones.
- Eagerness to learn and grow into increased responsibility.
