IAM Architect

As an IAM Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and compliant identity infrastructures that enable seamless integration of systems during high-stakes mergers, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum security. Required Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in IAM or security architecture roles
- Proven expertise in IAM discovery, design, and integration during mergers and acquisitions
- Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including tenant management and MFA
- Strong knowledge of federation protocols such as SAML, OAuth, OIDC
- Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Certifications like CISSP, CCSP, or vendor-specific in SailPoint, Microsoft Entra, or related areas
- Experience with PingOne Advanced Identity Cloud (AIC) and Auth0 for SSO and CIAM
- Familiarity with CyberArk or Delinea for privileged access management
- Knowledge of CoreView for Microsoft 365 management and governance
- Experience with cloud-native identity architectures and hybrid environments
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Prior success in leading IAM initiatives within M&A contexts, especially in wealth management or financial services industries
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-organizational environment
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of compliance standards such as FINRA, SEC, GDPR
