HR Recruiter I (Hourly/High-Volume Recruiting)

As an HR Recruiter I, you’ll own the full-cycle hiring process for hourly union roles—building strong talent pipelines, delivering a seamless candidate experience, and partnering closely with hiring leaders to meet urgent staffing needs. This is an onsite, high-impact role ideal for a recruiter who thrives in high-volume environments and enjoys being hands-on from sourcing through onboarding.
Required Skills
- High-volume, full-cycle recruiting for hourly roles
- Sourcing strategy execution (job boards, social media, referrals, community outreach)
- Candidate screening and interviewing (phone and in-person)
- ATS proficiency and recruiting technology skills
- Strong knowledge of recruiting compliance and employment laws
Nice to Have Skills
- Recruiting experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
- Union hourly hiring experience
- Community partnership building and job fair/event recruiting
- Recruitment reporting, metrics tracking, and pipeline management
- Onboarding coordination and orientation support
Preferred Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 4+ years of high-volume recruiting experience (preferred)
Other Requirements
- Onsite availability to support recruiting activities and candidate experience
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating with HR and hiring leaders
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills
