FULLY REMOTE

What you will be doing: 

  • Role will be supporting primary HRBP leadership for a global remote team as first point of contact for employees and line managers with HR inquiries 
  • Partner with people managers (up to Sr Director level) on a range of activities including performance management, team efficiency and organizational alignment 
  • Provide HR support and consultation to the business, answering employee and manager questions about HR programs, policies, and other HR-related items (i.e. performance, compensation, career goals, etc.). 
  • Contribute with planning and roll-out of HR programs and initiatives. 
  • Provide guidance and support to people managers on addressing performance concerns/issues 
  • Apply knowledge of employment law and exercise good judgement to effectively resolve employment issues in partnership with HRBP leadership, managers, leadership and legal team resources 
  • Support workforce planning, and development initiatives to ensure that the short, medium and long term needs of the business are met 
  • Advise on performance planning processes and compensation activities during the year 

What you bring to the team: 

  • 5+ years in a HR Generalist/Manager/HRBP related role 
  • Proven ability to tailor communication style to work well with managers at all levels in the organization; effective at facilitating and problem solving 
  • Experience in the following areas: talent/performance management, employee relations, coaching and development 
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and credibility with managers and employees 

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in the tech industry
  • Experience supporting GTM teams or similar
  • Experience with ADP HRIS
