Position Overview
We are seeking a Sr. Systems Support Specialist to provide onsite technical support in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This individual will be based in Scottsdale, where key company meetings are held, including those hosted by the CEO and executive leadership. You’ll play a vital role in keeping business operations running smoothly by ensuring employees are supported with timely and effective tech solutions.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Deliver world-class technical support to employees across multiple departments and company brands

  • Install, configure, and maintain approved hardware and software

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues

  • Provide technical assistance for web applications, wireless technologies, and communication tools

  • Support VPN and VoIP services, and assist with account management and access tools such as Okta and Intune

  • Proactively ensure end users feel supported with calm, professional, and effective communication

  • Work both independently and collaboratively within a support team to meet service expectations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, Oomnitza, Beyond Trust, and Zoom

  • Experience supporting executive-level staff or high-priority meetings

  • Demonstrated ability to remain composed and customer-focused under pressure

Basic Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Windows 11, Office 365, Intune, VPN, VoIP, and web applications

  • Hands-on experience with wireless technologies and user access management (Okta)

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and manage time effectively

  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
