Graphic Designer

Required Skills:
- 3-7 years relevant experience, preferably with agency background
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong digital, print, social, and branding design skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and flawless execution
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Figma or Sketch
- Knowledge of animation and motion graphics
- Familiarity with project management tools
- Understanding of emerging design technologies
- Ability to conceptualize innovative design ideas
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing diverse and strategic design projects

- Availability during standard MST hours for collaboration and meetings
- Able to commit 20-30 hours per week depending on workload
- Self-motivated and highly organized with strong attention to detail
