EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT – REMOTE

Required Skills:
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Slack, Teams, Outlook, and other collaboration tools
- Ability to manage complex calendars and travel arrangements across time zones
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience supporting C-suite executives in tech or SaaS environments
- Familiarity with expense reporting, invoice processing, and budget tracking
- Experience coordinating virtual and in-person meetings and events
- Knowledge of project management and process improvement techniques
- Ability to handle shifting priorities with calm professionalism
Preferred Education and Experience:
- 2+ years supporting multiple senior leaders in a high-growth tech or SaaS company
- Proven track record of working in remote or hybrid work environments
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
Other Requirements:
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally occasionally, if needed
- Certification in project management or administrative support is a plus
