Required Skills:

  • Prior experience supporting multiple senior leaders or executives
  • Exceptional calendar management and travel coordination skills
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 and Teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple priorities and work independently

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience with expense reporting and office supply management
  • Ability to train or work alongside an existing EA for transition
  • Basic IT troubleshooting and facilities coordination knowledge
  • Familiarity with small office environments and hybrid work setups
  • Bilingual skills or additional language capabilities

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or similar professional certification preferred
  • Minimum 3 years supporting senior leadership or in office coordination
  • Demonstrated reliability and a highly organized, service-oriented mindset

Other Requirements:

  • Fully onsite work schedule, typically Monday through Thursday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, with some flexibility
  • Ability to assist with occasional events or meetings requiring adaptability
  • Valid parking and a professional, polished onsite presence
