EPIC Senior Analyst
Contract Position
Target Pay Rate: $65-75/hour

Required Skills
- At least 5 years of experience working with EPIC systems, preferably 7 years
- EPIC Certification in Health Information Management, Coding, and Abstracting
- Strong knowledge of EPIC workflows, especially in Coding and Abstracting modules
- Experience troubleshooting EPIC applications and resolving system issues
- Ability to configure and maintain healthcare information management modules
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Healthcare industry experience, especially in clinical or revenue cycle operations
- Business knowledge related to healthcare coding and operational workflows
- Experience in system upgrades and implementing new EPIC functionalities
- Excellent training and documentation development skills
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and data security best practices
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Information Management, Health Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of professional experience in EPIC system analysis or healthcare IT roles
- Relevant certifications, including EPIC certifications in HIM, Coding, or Abstracting
Other Requirements
- Remote work with occasional collaboration as needed
- Ability to participate in a virtual panel interview
- Willingness to support system upgrades and business intelligence initiatives
