Professional – Digital Consultant, Content and Channel Management

As a Digital Consultant specializing in Content and Channel Management, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing content across various platforms, ensuring consistency with brand standards and delivering a world-class client experience. Collaborate with internal teams, leverage analytics, and drive digital best practices to elevate our organization’s digital presence.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience with content management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
  • Solid knowledge of web analytics and KPI measurement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with superior editing and proofreading ability
  • Demonstrated project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Adobe Acrobat Professional

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Experience in enterprise web development or technical writing
  • Familiarity with digital marketing campaigns and content optimization strategies
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Experience with other CMS platforms or digital tools
  • Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Management Information Systems, English, or related fields
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in content management, web development, or internal communications

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment with onsite presence as needed
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Willingness to participate actively in meetings and team initiatives
