Required Skills:
- 2+ years of IT support experience supporting Windows and Mac platforms
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Office 365, and Active Directory
- Hands-on experience with workstation setup, refreshes, and decommissioning
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with remote support, VPN, and network troubleshooting
- Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and asset inventory management
- Knowledge of Lotus Notes, email systems, and mobile device support
- Prior experience in financial or highly regulated environments
- Understanding of ITIL processes and procedures
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Associate degree, certificate, or boot camp in Computer Science or related field
- Proven track record in a fast-paced support environment supporting desktop and peripheral devices
Other Requirements:
- Must work onsite at our client’s corporate location, five days a week
- Ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
