What You Will Be Doing:
The Trainer will be working with various individuals to document processes with the purpose of using this documentation to develop training curricula and create training aids.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse group of individuals.
- Teaching and facilitation skills.
- Organizing and coordinating skills.
- Ability to design, develop, implement, and evaluate training plans, curricula, and methodology.
- Skilled in preparing instructional aids and plans.
- Time Management/Deadline driven.
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills, including PowerPoint and Excel.
