What You Will Be Doing:

As a Customer Care Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for members seeking information about insurance coverage. Whether it’s enrolling in a new policy or addressing service questions, you’ll provide expert assistance and outstanding service. Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to inbound calls and digital inquiries with warmth and clarity, guiding members through their insurance questions.

  • Proactively making follow-up and outreach calls to prospects, helping turn interest into enrollment.

  • Handling service-related issues involving claims, billing, and enrollment with professionalism and care.

  • Preparing personalized correspondence related to sales and service requests.

  • Collaborating with carriers and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

  • Recommending and explaining insurance products that best suit each member’s needs.

  • Advocating for clients by troubleshooting and resolving issues with insurance carriers.

  • Staying adaptable to industry changes, new technologies, and internal policy updates.

  • Meeting and exceeding personal performance goals including sales targets and service quality metrics.

What We’re Looking For

  • Prior experience in insurance, or sales (not required).

  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—with a warm, professional tone.

  • Confidence in navigating conversations about insurance products, with the ability to clearly explain benefits and procedures.

  • Comfort with technology, including customer service platforms and Microsoft Office tools.

  • A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to adapt to change quickly.
