What You Will Be Doing:
This position is responsible for coordinating with brokers and carrier partners, strategizing with sales, managing the quoting process, and delivering accurate, competitive proposals. The ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and service-minded, ensuring a high-quality experience for brokers, carrier partners, and internal sales teams

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service is crucial, as the role involves responding to inquiries, assisting with enrollments, and servicing policies. Additionally, the ability to engage in sales activities, such as answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to follow up on prospects, is essential.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills are necessary to explain insurance products clearly, respond to client inquiries, and maintain accurate records. This includes preparing and typing memorandums and letters related to sales and service questions.
  • Familiarity with personal computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite, is necessary for administrative tasks and data management. Additionally, experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is beneficial for managing client interactions and maintaining records. 
  • The role requires the ability to act as an advocate for clients, addressing issues related to claims, enrollment, and billing problems. Providing advice and direction without prior authorization and resolving service issues creatively are key responsibilities
  • The ability to adapt to new work methods, conditions, and policies is essential. Working within the company’s philosophy and culture, and being open to ongoing changes, ensures continued success in the dynamic insurance industry.
