Job Description:
Builds, executes, and manages campaigns to existing membership base to facilitate communications that increase customer engagement, retention, and drive revenue
Responsibilities:

Develop and launch campaigns — build audience, build emails, QA, proof, and launch

Configure & launch tests on existing campaigns to optimize performance
-
Modify html or audience rules (using SQL) on existing campaigns and relaunch
-
Ensure proper workflow process is followed and that documentation is produced, maintained and communicated for all existing and planned programs
-
Monitor, track performance and analyze metrics and outcomes of each campaign
-
Communicate campaign program success metrics to internal stakeholders and management

May assume other related duties.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field required

Minimum Experience required: 5+ years of marketing experience has context menuCompose

Experience in a digital marketing platform

Strong html skills

Intermediate SQL skills

Strong Microsoft skills to include Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks successfully

Ability to work on multiple projects, meeting business imperatives and aggressive deadlines

Lead thorough QA efforts across both your own work and peer deliverables, ensuring data integrity, accurate audience targeting (via SQL), and flawless rendering of responsive email templates (HTML/CSS) before handoff or launch
