This role is part of a full-service, in-house creative team that develops bold ideas and brings them to life for leading media brands. Based in Denver, the team combines strategic thinking, design craft, and a collaborative spirit to create campaigns that drive business results. As part of a large, multi-brand marketing group within video services, you’ll have the opportunity to shape brand storytelling on a scale while working in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create highly engaging and persuasive content for enterprise brands within the media and video services industry.
- Implement strategic and creative problem-solving on deliverables that position brands as leaders in the pay-TV industry.
- Take briefs and help define message strategy; ask clarifying questions to ensure scope, tone, and purpose are understood.
- Participate in group brainstorms aimed at problem-solving and idea generation.
- Optimize copy (language, tone, message) based on target audience behaviors and be able to articulate why your copy works.
- Present copy and creative concepts internally as well as to clients.
Skills, Experience and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree plus 3–5 years relevant experience in an internal/external agency or marketing department.
- Ability to write clear, engaging, persuasive copy for a wide range of channels — email, social media, digital ads, website content, internal communications, print, and campaign-based materials.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with designers, creative leads, and project managers to ensure copy and visuals align.
- Passion for purposeful word choice, sentence structure, and adapting writing to different mediums.
- Strong ability to work independently.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
- Capable of prioritizing work independently and taking initiative.
- Skilled at working closely with designers to create cohesive deliverables.
- Demonstrated efficiency and consistency in producing quality work.
