Join Our Team as a Client Compensation Specialist!
Are you a customer-focused professional with a knack for multitasking and problem-solving? This hybrid role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of client and advisor interactions, delivering exceptional service during a critical transition.
In this frontline support role, you’ll handle approximately 15 calls daily, each lasting around 10-12 minutes, assisting advisors, third-party sponsors, and clients with their inquiries related to the CFN conversion. Your expertise will help ensure a smooth process, providing clarity, reassurance, and expert guidance every step of the way.
Required Skills:
- Proven phone experience with a focus on customer service excellence
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills
- Experience within the finance industry, specifically investment or banking sectors
- Strong probing skills to identify client needs and issues
- Patience and ability to de-escalate frustrated clients
- Comfort with asking insightful questions and thinking creatively to resolve issues
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
Nice to Have Skills:
- Prior experience supporting financial conversions or project transitions
- Knowledge of client compensation processes or related financial operations
- Familiarity with financial software or CRM systems
Preferred Education and Experience:
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous customer support experience in finance or investment sectors
Other Requirements:
- Hybrid schedule: in-office Monday through Wednesday (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM ET), with remote flexibility on other days
- Availability to start on August 4th
