Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, analyze, and optimize compensation data workflows. Perform basic SQL queries and analysis to develop data-driven insights that support strategic decisions. Support user acceptance testing and partner with technical teams to validate data architecture. Enrich, map, and transition compensation data from legacy systems into new platforms, ensuring accuracy and integrity. Contribute to process redesign, reporting revamps, and build user interfaces for operational workflows.   What You Bring: 2-3+ years of experience in process optimization, data analysis, or business management. Proficiency with SQL, Alteryx, Python, or similar programming languages. Hands-on experience with Tableau, Power BI, or other data visualization tools. Strong analytical mindset with a sharp eye for identifying process weaknesses. Excellent communication skills—both written and oral—and the ability to work independently. Experience with compensation systems, data integration, and business intelligence.   Nice to Have: Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean, Agile, Six Sigma).
